Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program

Intensive Outpatient Programs for mental health diagnoses

Mirmont Treatment Center offers quality care for individuals with mental health diagnoses. Our outpatient programs are structured and designed for those needing a higher level of intensity, but who do not require 24-hour inpatient care. Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are designed for those in need of more support than once-weekly therapy.

Mirmont Outpatient Centers provide Intensive Outpatient Programs for individuals 14 years and older. These levels of care are composed of the following features:

  • Group therapy
  • Symptom management
  • Medication management
  • Individualized treatment plans
  • Trauma-informed care

In a supportive environment that includes individualized treatment planning, our specialists help patients develop skills, attitudes and behaviors for living a healthy life. During group therapy, patients meet and connect with others who are experiencing similar problems with mental health concerns. Sharing stories, ideas and support through group therapy can make a big difference in helping achieve goals.
